Refund Policy for Services Provided by Ibtikar Al-Uloom for Research and Studies
Due to the nature of Ibtikar Al-Uloom for Research and Studies services, the facility does not provide the possibility of refunding fees.
Fees are not refunded for services that have been implemented or that have started work. In the event that the assignment has not started, you can submit a fee refund request for consideration to: info@researchibtikar.com
Ibtikar Al-Uloom for Research and Studies will make the decision it deems appropriate and refund the fees in the manner that suits it. All refunds are made within 30 days.
Steps for Submitting a Fee Refund Request
Without conflicting with the terms and conditions of the service, you can submit a fee refund request by following the following steps:
First: Enter the required data:
Username and mobile number
Receipt number
Request number
Bank source number
Form date
Bank account number
Amount paid
Second: Write a written request explaining the reasons.
Refund fees include:
Refund fees.
5% deduction from the total amount for request creation fees and bank transfer fees.
Deduction of the value of the work completed.
Please send the request to info@researchibtikar.com to be submitted to the responsible party.
Note: In the event that the administration directs a request for a refund of fees due to the specialist’s apology for the work, the administration will bear the account usage commission and the request fees.
